SERVICING
Since the appliance is used for preparing foods
for human consumption, special care must be
paid to everything relating to hygiene, and the
appliance and the entire surrounding environ-
ment must constantly be kept clean.
WARNING: Before starting any clea-
ning operation, always turn off the gas sup-
ply tap, cut off the electricity supply using
the master switch and allow the appliance to
cool.
The precautions which follow are also impor-
tant.
WARNING: When using detergents,
rubber gloves, protective mask and safety
goggles must be worn in accordance with the
relevant safety regulations.
– Clean all parts of the appliance with warm
water, food-approved detergents and non-
abrasive materials only.
CLEANING THE WATER LEVEL SENSOR ELECTRODES
Proceed as follows.
Raise the electrode holder (A).

WARNING: Take care over the con-
nection cable (B).
Clean the electrode holder (A) and the elec-

trodes (C) with a non-abrasive sponge and a
food-approved detergent.
Rinse thoroughly to remove all residues of

the product used and dry.
Rinse the guide tube of the electrode holder

(D) with drinking water.
WARNING: The guide tube of the
electrode holder is in communication with
the cooking well. Do not allow dirt or chemi-
cals to enter the tube.

– Thoroughly clean all parts which come into
direct or indirect contact with foods and all
surrounding areas.
– After use, clean the accessories with a suit-
able grease-remover product. If possible,
wash in the dishwasher.
WARNING: Never use products con-
taining substances harmful or hazardous for
health (solvents, petroleum spirits, etc.).
– Rinse surfaces with drinking water and dry.
– Pressurised water jets may only be used on
external parts.
– Take special care not to damage stainless
steel surfaces. In particular, avoid the use of
corrosive products and do not use abrasive
materials or sharp tools.
– Remove food residues immediately before
they set.
– Remove the limescale deposits which may
form on some of the appliance's surfaces.
