Used batteries
• If a fully recharged battery lasts for
considerably shorter operating times,
the battery is used up and needs to be
replaced. Only use an original replace-
ment battery from the Parkside X 12 V
Team series, which can be purchased
from the online shop (see the "Spare
parts" section).
• Always take heed of the applicable
safety instructions as well as the envi-
ronmental protection regulations and
information (see "Cleaning and Mainte-
nance").
Storage
• Remove the battery before storing the
unit for longer periods of time.
• During a longer storage period, check
the state of charge of the battery and
recharge if necessary roughly every 3
months.
• The storage temperature for the battery
is between 0 °C and 45 °C. Avoid ex-
treme cold or heat during storage to en-
sure the battery output is not adversely
affected.
• Only store the batteries in the partially-
charged state. During prolonged stor-
age, 2 to 3 LEDs should be illuminated.
The battery charge status indicator of
the cordless tool signalises the state of
charge of the battery (1).
Wall mounted charger
(optional)
You can also mount the charger (3) on
the wall.
• Using dowels, place two screws 54 mm
apart at the desired position of a wall.
• The screw head can have a diameter
of 7 - 9 mm
• Leave the screw heads protruding at a
distance of approx. 10 mm from the
wall.
• With the openings of the wall bracket,
you can attach the charger (3) to the
two screws and pull the charger down
until it stops.
When drilling, be careful not
to damage any supply lines.
Use suitable search devices to find
these or consult an installation plan
for guidance. Contact with electrical
cables can lead to electric shock
and fire. Contact with a gas pipe
can result in an explosion. Damage
to a water pipe can lead to proper-
ty damage and electric shock.
