on the metal parts of the power tool, which could cause an electric
shock.
• Keep your hands at a safe distance from the cutting range.
Do not slide them under the workpiece. There is a danger of
injury when coming into contact with the blade.
• Switch off the jigsaw when the work is finished. The blade
can be removed from the workpiece when it is at a standstill.
In this way, kickback is avoided and the power tool can be put away
safely.
• Only undamaged saw blades that are in perfect working
condition should be used. Bent, unsharpened blades may break
in addition to affecting the cutting line and may cause or contribute
to kickback.
• Dust from certain types of wood or certain types of metal
can be a health hazard and can cause allergic reactions,
respiratory diseases or lead to cancer.
➢
When cutting, dust masks should be used to protect
the respiratory tract from cutting dust.
➢
Use dust extraction when cutting wood.
➢
Care should always be taken to ensure that the
workplace is well ventilated.
• Water pipes must not be cut with the jigsaw. Cutting a pipe
causes damage to property or may result in electrical shock.
• To avoid cutting through nails, screws and other hard objects,
inspect the workpiece carefully before starting work.
• Material whose dimensions (thickness) exceed those specified
in the technical data must not be cut.
• Hold the jigsaw with the hand closed.
• Before pressing the switch, ensure that the jigsaw does not touch
the material.
• Do not touch moving parts with your hand.
• Do not put the jigsaw down if it is still in motion. Do not switch on
the jigsaw before gripping it with your hand.
• Do not touch the blade or the workpiece just after finishing
work. These components can become very hot and may cause
burns.
• If you notice any abnormal behaviour of the power tool or strange
noises, switch off immediately and unplug from the power socket.
• To ensure proper cooling, the ventilation holes in the jigsaw
housing should be exposed.
• Before plugging the jigsaw into a power socket, always make
sure that the mains voltage matches that indicated on the unit's
rating plate.
• Before connecting the jigsaw, always check the power cable; if
damaged, have it replaced at an authorised workshop.
• The power cord of the jigsaw should always be on the safe side
not exposed to accidental damage by the operating power tool.
ATTENTION: The device is designed for indoor operation.
Despite the use of an inherently safe design, the use of safety
measures and additional protective measures, there is always
a residual risk of injury during work.
Explanation of the pictograms used:
1.Read the operating instructions, observe the warnings and safety
conditions contained therein.
2.Second class insulation device
3.Wear personal protective equipment (safety goggles, ear
protection, dust mask)
4.Disconnect the power cord before servicing or repairing.
5.Protect from rain
6.Keep children away from the tool
CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION
The jigsaw is a class II insulated hand-held type power tool. It is
driven by a single-phase commutator motor.
The machine is designed for making straight split cuts, curved cuts
and notches in wood, wood-based materials as well as plastics and
metals (provided the correct saw blade is used). Its areas of use
are in renovation and construction work as well as any amateur
(DIY) work.
Do not misuse the power tool.

PREPARATION FOR WORK
BLADE MOUNTING
Disconnect the power tool from the power supply.
The blade is mounted and replaced without tools.
• Pull back the blade holder lever (6) and insert the blade as far as it will
go into the blade holder (9) (blade teeth should be pointing forward).
• Important! Ensure that the saw blade is properly seated in the guide
roller (7).
• Release the blade holder lever (9) and check that the blade is properly
seated.
• Removal of the blade is in the reverse order to its installation.
Use blades with a T-fixing system as shown in Figure D.
DUST EXTRACTION
To improve the removal of dust from the workpiece surface, the
jigsaw is equipped with its own dust blow-off and extraction system
to clean the cutting surface. The dust blow-off and extraction
system works more effectively when the guard is lowered. In
addition, it is possible to connect an external chip extractor such as
a workshop hoover to the dust extraction port (5).
• Connect the suction hose of the dust extraction system to the
spigot (5).
Ensure a tight connection.
OPERATION / SETTINGS
ON/OFF
Before connecting the jigsaw to the mains supply, always
check that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage
indicated on the rating plate on the power tool.
Switching on - press the switch button (2) and hold in this position.
Switching off - release pressure on the switch button (2).
Locking the switch (continuous operation) Switching on:
• Press the on/off button (2) and hold in this position.
