Phonitor x – Quickstart
Power up

Turn down the volume of the Phonitor x.

Switch on mains switch on the back of the Phonitor x (On = I).
Power LED is dimly lit.
Operation
Switch the Phonitor x from standby into operation by setting the standby switch

to ON.
Power LED now lights up brightly.
Standby
Switch the Phonitor x into standby by setting the standby switch to

( = Standby).
Power LED is dimly lit.
Power down

Turn down the volume of the Phonitor x.

Switch off mains switch on the rear of the Phonitor x (Off = O).
Power LED no longer lights up.
Source selection

Choose an analog source with the SOURCE switch – RCA or XLR.
If the DA converter option is fitted, you can choose between three digital

sources (USB, coaxial, optical) with the DIGITAL switch. Set the SOURCE switch
to Digital.
Output selection
By using the OUTPUT switch you can select an output – Headphone or audio

outputs for speakers on the rear of the Phonitor x. In the Mute position no signal
passes through to the outputs.
If the output is muted the VU display lights up red.
