-Zum Vornehmen der folgenden Einstellung sollte das Hinterrad frei drehbar in der Luft sein!
-For the next Steps the rear wheel should be able to turn free in the height!
-Aufsetzen der originalen Feder auf die Verstellmutter FXR-GF-01 (mit eingestellter Betätigungsstange im
UAD, Bild 9) und Einstecken des Bremsbolzens BR-06 in den UAD. Einführen der Betätigungsstange
durch die Öffnung der Staubmanschette in den Bremszylinder. (Bild 10/11)
-Der Bremsbolzen BR-06 an das Gewinde des Bremshebels (im hochgeklappten Zustand) ansetzen und
leicht andrehen. (Bild 11)
-Anziehen des Bremsbolzen BR-06 mit dem Maulschlüssel 10. Der Bremsbolzen muss sich leicht und
gerade einschrauben lassen, somit ist die Betätigungsstange und somit der Bremszylinder nicht
gedrückt/betätigt. (Bild 12) Überprüfen des Bremsspieles durch Drehen des Hinterrades und Betätigen
der Bremse mit der Hand.Sollte das Bremsspiel durch die Einstellung in Schritt 8/9 nicht ausreichen
(Bremsbeläge liegen an/schleifen) oder zu groß sein (zu viel Leerweg bis Druckpunkt) kann durch
nochmaliges rein- oder rausdrehen des Betätigungsstange korrigiert werden.
Der Bremshebel muss ein spürbares Spiel aufweisen bevor der Bremskolben betätigt wird.
-Place the originial spring on the adjustment nut FXR-GF-01 (with the adjusted actuating rod within the
UAD, picture 9) and plug the brake bolt BR-06 into the UAD. Insert the actuating rod through the opening of
the dust cuff into the master cylinder. (picture 10/11)
-Set the brake bolt BR-06 at the thread of the brake lever (in high folded condition) and screw it in easily.

-Fix the brake bolt BR-06 with an open-end wrench 10.The brake bolt should be easily screwed in and not
be slope, so that the master cylinder is not pressed. (picture 12) Test the brake clearence/ freeplay by
turning the rear wheel and pressing the brake by hand.If the brake clearance/ freeplay in step 8/9 is not
enough (brake linings fit/grind) or too much (too much lever travel until pressure point), you can turn the
actuating rod in or out again to correct it.
The brake lever must have noticable freeplay before the brake piston is pressed.
