12 USB portFWL-PushPull-45, FWL-PushPull-45 RC
12 USB port
The USB port is used to connect a notebook with
the room air control. In conjunction with the com-
missioning software [} 49], settings on ventila-
tion units can be undertaken.
13 ModBus connection
The ventilation system can also be integrated into
the building control technology. Your specialist in-
staller can configure the RS 485 interface of the
FWL-PushPull RLS or FWL-PushPull RLS-K
control as a ModBus interface for this purpose.
The interface is set in service mode or using the
commissioning software [} 49].
If the RS 485 interface is configured as a Mod-
bus interface, no further components (FWL-
PushPull-30 (TwinUnit), sensors, power units,
room air controls etc.) can be connected at
this interface.
14 Service mode
For detailed information on the service
mode → Shell and final installation kit instruc-
tions. In all cases, these instructions should be
read before you change the system paramet-
ers.
• In service mode, activate the components con-
nected to the room air controls.
• Activate the EnOcean or ModeBus interface if
RC ventilation units are connected and/or a
building control system connection is to be es-
tablished.
• If room air controls connected in parallel are re-
leased, service mode can be called up from
each control.
• Activate more room air controls, power units,
sensors and EnOcean modules on FWL-Push-
Pull master. More FWL-PushPull must be
parameterised and addressed as slaves via
service mode.
• Systems with an FWL-PushPull RLS-K control
can also be configured using a PC (USB) +
commissioning software.
• The FWL-PushPull RLS-LTRC EnOcean mod-
ule can only be taught-in with the commission-
ing software + FWL-PushPull RLS-K.

15 Commissioning software
As an alternative to service mode, the FWL-
PushPull RLS-K systems can be configured
with a special commissioning software (for FWL-
PushPull-45 and FWL-PushPull-30 (TwinUnit)
units). The software is suitable for PC systems/
notebooks and can be downloaded at
