• The radio mode (EnOcean) is activated by the
specialist installer. Once radio operation has
been activated, you can teach-in/delete
EnOcean radio components directly on the
ventilation unit.
The teach-in process is described in detail in
the operating instructions. It must be read be-
fore you proceed with teaching-in.
11.1 Meaning of the LEDs on FWL-
PushPull-45 RC/ FWL-PushPull-30

11.2 Radio components which can
be taught-in (EEP)
FWL-PushPull-45 / FWL-PushPull-30 (Twin-
Unit) radio components must support the EEP
protocol. The radio components can be combined
with the EEP specified below.

If within range, up to 8 radio sensors can be
used with radio-controlled systems.
Teaching-in tips
• Radio components are taught-in directly on the
RC-Master (TEACH key).
• Only one slave unit can be assigned to each
master ventilation unit of the same type. Excep-
tion: In systems with FWL-PushPull-45 RC and
FWL-PushPull-30 RC (TwinUnit) unit pairs,
the additional teaching-in of the FWL-Push-
Pull-30 RC (TwinUnit) into the FWL-Push-
Pull-45 master is possible.
• Correct operation of a unit pair is monitored by
the master unit.
• Teach-in mode is deactivated each time a radio
component is saved, meaning that it has to be
called up again for each further component.
• If nothing is received within 120 seconds, the
teaching-in process is ended (the LED on the
ventilation unit switches off).
• Teach-in telegrams from non-supported units
are ignored.
