-Bremsanlage korrekt befüllen und entlüften.Sichtprüfung und Funktionsprüfung durchführen.
Nach der Probefahrt ist das System wiederholt auf Undichtigkeiten zu prüfen!
-Refill and vent the brake system correctly. Check the system visually before completing
a test ride.Check again after the test ride that there are "no" fluids leaking from the system!

-Montage des Variobar wie in Bild 13 dargestellt.
Aufsetzen in die Verzahnung, sowie dem Konus
(siehe auch Bild 12) innerhalb des
Verstellbereichs von 0° bis -8°. Anziehen der
Schraube UM-22x1,5. Gewinde leicht einfetten!
Anzugsdrehmoment: 25Nm
-Mount the Variobar like picture 13 shows. Put it
into the cogging and cone (see also picture 12).
Use it in the range of 0° until -8°. Tighten the
special screw UM-22x1,5. Use a little grease on
the threads of these nut.
Tightening torque: 25Nm
-Lenkerendkappen LG-AL-20 mit Fett in die
Lenkerenden montieren.
Anzugsdrehmoment: 20Nm
Bei vollem Lenkeinschlag müssen Lenker,
Amarturen, Züge und Leitungen frei beweglich
sein (Bild 14a).
-Testen Sie das Lenkerschloß (Funktion des
Sperrbolzens). Andernfalls muss der Winkel aus
Schritt 7 korrigiert werden (Bild 14b).
-Install the bar ends LG-AL-20 with grease into
the handle bars.
Tightening torque: 20Nm
Handlebar, switches, instruments, levers and
cables have to be free to move in the complete
range of handlebar movement (picture 14a).
-Check the steering lock (the function of the
locking bolt). Check the adjustment (the angle) of
the clamp in step 7 if it doesn` work (picture 14b).
