Dichtung/ seal ring
M6x20-912
-Montieren sie die Armaturen und Griffe, sowie die
Kupplungs- und Bremspumpe auf die Lenkrohre
LR02 unter Verwendung der originalen
Spannhülsen (siehe auch Detail in 8a).
-Die Lenkrohre sind anschließend in die Ausleger
UAL-H8-L und R einzusetzen.
Die beiden Schrauben M8x25-912 werden dabei
mittels dem mitgelieferten T-Schlüssel durch
das Lenkerohr in die Kappen UVS003 geschraubt.
(Bild 10a/ 10b). Es empfiehlt sich diesen Schritt
nur vorzumontieren zwecks späterer
Feinjustierung.
-Mount the fittings, the handholds and also the
clutch- and brake master cylinder at both tubes
LR02 by using the original bolts (see detail 8a).
-Put the tubes inside the extensions UAL-H8-L
and R. Both bolts M8x25-912 has to be screwed
in with the provided T-wrench. Through the
tubes into the caps UVS003. (picture 10a/ 10b).
It is advisable to pre-install this step for later fine
adjustments.
-Bremsschlauchverlängerung LU-AH8-BLK wie in
Bild 11 dargestellt momtieren.
Verlängerungskit: 3x Dichtring, 1x Hohlschraube
M10x1 und 1x Bremsleitung.
(-Die Kupplungsseite bleibt montiert, Bild 10a )
-Mount the brake hose kit LU-AH8-BLK like
picture 11 shows. The Kit includes: 3x seal rings,
1x banjo bolt M10x1 and 1x brake pipe.
(-The clutch side stays mounted, picture 10a)
-Die Klemmen UKL-53 sind gegen die ober
Gabelbrücke zu schieben (Bild 12). Anziehen der
Schrauben M6x20-912.
Anzugsdrehmoment: 10Nm
Das Innengewinde M6 wird nicht zur
Justierung in der Gabelbrücke verwendet!
-Both clamps UKL-53 need to be pushed against
the upper yoke (picture 12).Tighten the bolts
M6x20-912.
Tightening torque: 10Nm
The thread M6 is not for adjusting into the
upper yoke!
