▶ Clean surfaces which come in contact with food before each

Avoiding material damage
▶ Never operate the appliance for more

than 10 minutes without stopping. Then
switch off the appliance and allow it to
cool down to room temperature.
▶ Do not operate the appliance at no-load.
▶ Do not insert objects into the filling shaft
or housing, e.g. wooden spoons.
▶ Before use, check the filling shaft and
housing for foreign objects.

Rotary switch
The rotary switch is used to start and stop
processing and select the speed.
Symbol Function

Stop processing.
Food that has got stuck can
be released using the revers-
ing function.
Reversing function
The reversing function is designed to re-
lease food that has got stuck by briefly run-
ning the worm conveyor in reverse.
