7.2.2 Check/clean the flushing nozzle
If the tank is cleaned insufficiently or unevenly, the flushing
nozzle can be dismantled and cleaned.
Use the open-ended spanner (13 mm) to undo the pipe
clamp.
Unscrew the screws of the discharge side piping. Lift up
the piping so that the flushing nozzle is visible.
Check whether the nozzle openings are blocked.
If necessary, unscrew the 6 screws to dismantle the
flushing nozzle and clean it inside.
Assemble the components again in reverse order,
observing the tightening torque for the 6 screws on the
flushing nozzle (M = 4 Nm).

Connect rotary field correctly. Make sure
that the counter-clockwise function is
not activated (only on systems with cor-
responding control unit).
Remove blockage / service the pump

Remedial measures
Check firm fit and seals, repair if necessary.
Retrofit on-site.
Eliminate leak.
Create ventilation options, forced ventila-
tion.
