The delta connection is the one typically used for working at 230 V (lower voltage). ACTIVE DRIVERS are
normally supplied complete with cable for connection to the motor.
For versions not supplied with the cable, the connection is on the 4-way terminal "J4" (3 phases + earth)
marked "PUMP" and with the arrow on output. The minimum cable section must be 1.5 mm2.
1.5.2 Connection to pump for models A.D. T/T 3.0 and A.D. T/T 5.5
The power supply voltage of the installed electric pump must be 400 V three-phase. Check the motor
connection dataplate to ensure corresponding specifications. The 400V power voltage is normally used with
a star configuration for pumps with outputs of less than 5.5KW, while for outputs equal to or greater than 5.5
kW the delta configuration is used (in any event always check pump dataplate or terminal board
specifications).

Incorrect connection of the earth lines to a terminal other than the earth terminal may cause
irremediable damage to the whole appliance!
Incorrect connection of the power supply line on output terminals intended for the load may cause
irremediable damage to the whole appliance!

CONNECTION TO THE POWER SUPPLY LINE
Connect the ACTIVE DRIVER to the power supply line. If an extension of the power cable is required, use a
cable with a suitable section to limit possible overall voltage drops (power supply plus pump) to 3%. In any
event, never use cables with a section of less than 1.5 mm2
In the case of extensions to the inverter cables, for example for power supply to submersed electric pumps, if
there is electromagnetic disturbance, the following is recommended:
1. Check earthing and if necessary add an earthing device in the immediate vicinity of the ACTIVE
DRIVER.
2. Embed the cables
3. Use shielded cables
4. Install the following mains filters, as shown in the table below:

inferiore a 5,5 kW
