– User manual.
– Warranty card and Declaration of Conformity.
– List of spare parts.
– Electrical circuit diagram.
• Machine with assembled components. [Fig. 1]
• Special bag for transporting the machine.

Preparation for installation

Tools and material required for installation
• Tank with the height dimensions indicated in the appendix at
the end of the manual and a capacity as indicated in

chapter 6 [ p. 11 ].
Space required for installation

Use this machine in a ventilated kitchen and at an ambient tem-
perature of no more than 40 °C.
• Do not block or obstruct the ventilation slots.
•
Do not place the machine in contact with or near heat sources.
Electrical connections
Before installation, take note of the power input required by the

machine. [ Technical specifications p. 11 ].
2.3 Assembly

Risk of serious accidents if the machine cannot be
disconnected or turned off
– When installing the machine, make sure the operator will be able
to reach the switch and plug without difficulty.
1) Place the tank on a flat, level, rigid and non-combustible sur-
face, preferably near a sink or drain for emptying.
2) Attach the machine to the tank as shown in the appendix at the
end of the manual.
