6.1
Remove
1.
Open the protective housing, see chapter Prepare pressure testing
2.
Loosen the union nuts of the ball valve.
3.
Take the ball valve out of the inner pipe.
4.
Perform revision work according to the instruction manual of the ball valve type 546 Pro.
6.2
Re-install
1.
Check o-rings on ball valve and grease with a tenside-free, silicone or polyglycol-based lubricant
► We recommend using new gaskets when re-installing the ball valve.
2.
Fit the Ball Valve Type 546 Pro in the inner pipe, making sure the ball valve is in the «open» position.
3.
Pressure testing, see chapter «Pressure testing»
4.
Assemble the ball valve, see chapter «Assembling the CONTAIN-IT Plus Ball Valve Type 546 Pro»
