Remove the stem from the protective housing. A groove on
the stem allows the use of a screw driver.

Move the protective housing aside. The ball valve is now ac-
cessible.

Perform pressure test
WARNING!
Risk of injury and/ or damage due to pressure testing!
Using hazardous media for pressure testing may put the installation at risk and cause physical damage or bodily harm in case of
leakage.
► The pressure test must be performed using non-harzardous media (e.g water) and with due care and attention in handling.
► Please pay attention to the instructions in the user manual included for ball valve type 546 Pro.
CAUTION!
Maximum permissible test pressure!
For the pressure test of valves in the open position, the same instructions apply as for the pipes (max. 1.5 x PN, and max. PN + 5 bar),
but the test pressure in the closed position must not exceed max. 1.1 x PN.

► After the leak test: remove the test medium.
► Record results.
