„Base plate"

The variant of the base plate for fixing the screen to the ground can be
used if concrete foundations exist already.
Attach the base plate to the screen element with the help of the
screws provided.
Please ensure that the screw bosses of the aluminium profile are aligned
with the screw holes of the mounting plate, as otherwise a secure
connection of the screen to the ground will not be possible and there will
be a risk of personal injury and / or damage to property.

Align the fully-assembled screen element with the two base plates
using a spirit level.
You can then mark and drill the holes in the foundations.

For optimum stability the M10 threaded rods supplied, which are held in
place in the holes using mortar (mixing ratio sand:gravel - 3:1), are
used.
Speak to your local specialist regarding the precise method.
Fill with mortar first of all and then insert the threaded rods.
Note the curing time of the mortar according to the manufacturer's
information.

Place the screen with the base plate on the pre-assembled, hardened
threaded rods.
For the vertical alignment of the posts, washers can be fitted
underneath the plate if required. Speak to your local specialist.

You can then screw the base plate tight into the concrete foundation.
