MONTAGE Reihenfolge des Montagezusammenbaus 4 1 1 Laufrichtung horizontal Die innenliegenden Rahmendistanzstücke sind einseitig selbstklebend ausgerüstet. Zur Montage die Schutzfolie abziehen und das Distanz- stück mit der Klebefläche innen am Alurahmen andrücken. Dabei die Klebefläche selbst möglichst nicht berühren. Die Positionierung sollte gleichmäßig über die Länge des Aluprofils erfolgen: 2 Stück mittig beim 86 cm breiten Element und insgesamt 4 Stück beim 176 cm breiten Element (ca. -

Schrauben Sie den Querbalken (mit REHAU Logo und Wasserablauf- bohrungen) und zwei Stützbalken zu einem „U“ zusammen. Achten Sie darauf, dass unten immer ein Überstand von 10 cm bestehen bleibt. Bei Bedarf die WPC-Profile nochmal einzeln von unten nach oben zusammendrücken. -
Seite 8: Montage Bodenbefestigung
Schieben Sie die WPC-Profile mit den vormontierten, seitlichen Distanzstücken einzeln ein. Bei dieser Montage werden keine unteren Distanzstücke benötigt. Schrauben Sie die zwei Querbalken und den Stützbalken zu einem „C“ Schieben Sie den Stützbalken auf und bringen Sie die fehlende zusammen. -
Seite 9: Bodenplatte
4 2 1 „Bodenplatte“ Füllen Sie zuerst den Verbundmörtel ein und stecken Sie anschließend die Gewindestangen ein.
