Screw the cross beams (with the REHAU logo and water drainage holes)
and two support beams together to make a „U". Ensure that there is
always a projection of 10 cm at the bottom.

Insert the enclosed lower spacers at equal distances into the lower
cross beam.

Push the WPC profiles including the centre spacers from the top into
the frame.

The assembly of the centre spacers is however only required for a WPC
profile length in excess of 84 cm (element 176 x 86 cm and 176 x 186 cm).
It is recommended that the spacers are spaced evenly from the beginning
to the centre (84 cm) of the WPC profile.
Push the cross beam from the top onto the structure and push the cover
caps onto the support beam.

If necessary, push the WPC profiles together from the bottom to the
top individually once again. The spacers must not protrude out of the
support beams, otherwise the cover caps and the top cross beam will
not fit.
Screw the cross beam down on top.

Vertical running direction

The internal frame spacers are self-adhesive on one side. To assemble
remove the protective foil and press the adhesive surface of the
spacer onto the inside of the aluminium frame. Do not touch the
adhesive surface itself when doing this if possible.
The spacers should be evenly spaced across the length of the
aluminium profile: 2 pcs. in the centre on an 86 cm wide element and
a total of 4 x on a 176 cm wide element (after approx. a third of the
aluminium profile length). Two frame spacers must always be fitted
exactly opposite each other.
