An Auto Tape Selector function is built in this deck. The
auto tape selector will automatically detect the type of
tape used. However, some metal tape cassettes are not
provided with holes to trigger tape type detection. In
such cases it is advised that you do not use these tapes
as you will not achieve optimum setting of equalization
and tape bias.

tion ausgestattet. Diese Funktion erfaBt den verwende-
ten Bandtyp. Einige Reineisenbander sind jedoch nicht
mit Offnungen versehen, welche die Bandtyp-Erfassung
auslésen. Die Benutzung von solchen. Bandern ist nicht
empfehlenswert, da eine optimale Einstellung von Ent-
zerrung und Vormagnetisierung nicht mdglich ist.
