8.3 Kopftrager ausbauen (Fig. 8.5)
Laufwerk ausbauen (siehe Pkt. 8.2)
2 Schrauben [pb] herausdrehen.
Achtung! Die Schrauben [E} und [F] nicht verdrehen, sie dienen
zur Kopfspalt- und Bandlaufeinstellung.
Kopfleitungen abléten (evtl. notieren)
Kopftrager [c] (mit Kombikopf [H]) abnehmen.
8.4 Andruckrolienhebel auswechseln (Fig. 8.6 / 8.7)
Laufwerk ausbauen (siehe Pkt. 8.2)
Rastnase [i] nach auBen driicken und Andruckrollenhebel [4], [k
nach oben abziehen.
8.5 Schwungrader auswechseln
Laufwerk ausbauen (siehe Pkt. 8.2)
Olfangscheiben [1] und [mM] abziehen (Fig. 8.5).
3 Schrauben [N] herausdrehen und Laufwerkabdeckung [0] ab-
nehmen (Fig. 8.4).
Riemen [P| und [a] abnehmen (Fig. 8.8).
Schwungrader [R] und [s] herausnehmen.
Nach dem Einbau der Schwungrader mussen die Capstanwellen
mit Spiritus oder Reinigungsbenzin gereinigt werden.
8.6 Laufwerkleiterplatte ausbauen (Fig. 8.9)
2 Schrauben [7] herausdrehen und Haltewinkel [u] abnehmen.
Schraube [v] herausdrehen.
Beide Servomagnete [w| abléten.
Leiterplatte vorsichtig abnehmen.
8.3 Removing the head base (Fig. 8.5)
- Remove the drive mechanism (see para 8.2).
- Undo 2 screws [p].
- Warning! Do not turn the screws [e] and [F]. They are used to
adjust the head gap position and the tape transport.
- Unsolder the head connecting leads (mark them, if necessary).
- Remove the head base [a] (with combi head [H]).
8.4 Replacing the presure roller levers (Fig. 8.6 / 8.7)
- Remove the drive mechanism (see para 8.2).
- Press the locking lug [1] outwards and pull off the pressure roller
levers [4], [k].
8.5 Replacing the flywheels
- Remove the drive mechanism (see para 8.2).
- Pull off the oil seals [L] and {m) (Fig. 8.5).
- Undo 3 screws [N] and take the cover [0] off the drive mechanism
(Fig. 8.4).
- Remove the belts [P] and [a] (Fig. 8.8).
- Take out the flywheels [Rk] and [s].
After having fitted the new flywheels the capstans must be
cleaned with spirit or cleaning benzine.
8.6 Removing the drive mechanism circuit board (Fig. 8.9)
- Undo 2 screws [T] and take out bracket [u].
- Undo screw
- Unsolder both s servo magnets [w\.
- Remove the circuit board carefully.
