Command entry format
All commands need bo transferred in ASCII-Code and to be terminated with
Carriage Return (HEX: 0x0D) and linefeed (HEX:0x0A).

The parameter of the last command was out of range.
Example:
If the chillers setpoint range is -5...40°C and "OUT_SP_00 -10.00" is
received (-10 VALUE TOO SMALL) or "OUT_SP_00 50.00" is received (-11
VALUE TOO LARGE).
