Note: It is desirable to grease the paddle with butter be-
fore assembly to avoid dough ingress under the paddle (6)
during operation and to facilitate paddle removal (6) from
the baked bread.
– Put the ingredients into the pan (5) in the sequence de-
scribed in the recipe. Usually the ingredients are added in
the following order:
1. Liquids;
2. Dry ingredients (sugar, salt, flour);
3. Yeast and leaven.
Note: Yeast should not come in contact with the liquids or salt
before the dough kneading. Make a cavity in the flour with your
finger and put the yeast there.
– Wipe the crumbled ingredients or spilled liquids from the
pan (5) surface.
– Take the pan (5) by the handle, put it into the baking cham-
ber and turn it clockwise.
– Close the lid (3), plug the bread maker into the socket. You
will hear a sound signal.
– Repeatedly press the button (12) «MENU» to set the re-
quired program number on the indicator (18).
– Repeatedly press the button (16) «CRUST COLOR» to set
the desired crust color. The indicators 27, 34, 35 will suc-
cessively switch on the display (2) every time you press the
button (16) «CRUST COLOR».
– Set the delay time by pressing the buttons (14) «+» and (15)
«-».
Note: If you want to start baking immediately skip delay time
setting.
– Press the button (17) «START/STOP/PAUSE» to launch the
program. You will hear a short sound signal.
Note: After launching the program, the bread maker will start
kneading. To avoid splashing flour and ingredients inside the
bread pan (5), the program automatically sets the paddle to
intermittent operation for the first 5-7 minutes. After that the
bread maker switches to the continuous mixing mode.
– To pause the program operation during cooking, press the
button (17) «START/STOP/PAUSE». You will hear a short
sound signal.
– After the program is finished, you will hear a series of conse-
quent sound signals.
– After the completion of the programs, the unit will pass into
keep warm mode, the symbols «01:00» will appear on the
display, and the two-spot will flash.
– When keep warm is finished there will be a sound signal
and the standard settings of the completed program will be
shown on display (2).
– In order to cancel keep warm, press and hold the button (17)
«START/STOP/PAUSE». You will hear a long sound signal,
the indicator (24) « T°C maintenance» on the display (2) will
go out.
– Extract the power plug from the mains socket. Put on ther-
mal protective potholders, open the lid (3), take the pan (5)
by the handle, turn the pan counterclockwise.
– Let the pan (5) cool down for 10 minutes.
– Separate the pastry from the pan (5) walls and bottom using
a spatula with non-stick coating.
– In order to remove the bread, turn the pan (5) upside down
and shake it carefully.
– Before cutting the bread let it cool down for 10 minutes and
remove the paddle (6) with the hook (9).
– Cut the bread with a sharp bread knife.
