– After you finish setting the selected program, press the
«START/STOP/PAUSE» button to start the program. There
will be a short sound signal, the two-spot in the time index
(19) will flash, and countdown will start. Other buttons be-
come inactive during the baking process.
– By briefly pressing the «START/STOP/PAUSE» button, you
can pause the program. In this mode, the cooking program
time indicator (19) will flash on the display (2). You can re-
sume cooking process by pressing the button (17) «START/
STOP/PAUSE» again. If no actions are performed, the unit will
resume operation automatically after 3 minutes of staying in
pause mode.
– To stop the program operation at any stage, press and hold the
button (17) «START/STOP/PAUSE» for at least 2 seconds until
you hear a long sound signal, after which the current stage of
work indicator will go out. The readings on the display (2) will
return to the initial setting mode of the «Basic» program.
Buttons for delay time setting (14) «+» and (15) «-»
You can pre-set the time when the cooking process is to be
finished.
– Select the program, loaf weight and crust color by using the
control panel buttons.
– Then set the time of delay by pressing buttons (14) «+» and
(15) «-» repeatedly (that means in what time – stating from
the current time – the baking process is to be finished). The
time indicator (19) on the display (2) will show the delay time.
Note: The maximal time of delay is no more than 13 hours, set-
ting step is 10 minutes. To quickly set the delay time, press and
hold the required «+» or «-» button. The time readings on the
indicator (19) will change quicker.
Example: If it is 20:30 now, and you want fresh bread to be
ready by 7 o'clock next morning, set the time of delay of
10 hours 30 minutes.
– After the delay time has been set press the button (17)
«START/STOP/PAUSE», the two-spot in the remaining time
readings (19) will flash, and the countdown will start.
– To cancel the delay and stop the operation, press and hold
the button (17) «START/STOP/PAUSE» until you hear a long
sound signal.
Note:
– The delay function is available in programs 1-9 and 12, 16.
– For the programs 14, 15, 18, 19 you can adjust the run-time
with the buttons (14) «+» and (15) «-». After changing the
program time, the readings on the indicator (19) will flash.
Press the button (17) «START/STOP/PAUSE», the time indi-
cator (19) will glow constantly. To start the program, press
the button (17) again. The symbol «:» will flash on the display
(2). Cooking time countdown will start.
– Do not apply the delay function when using perishable
foods such as milk, eggs, fruit, etc.
«CRUST COLOR» button (16)
– Repeatedly pressing the button (16) «CRUST COLOR», se-
lect «LIGHT» (34), «MEDIUM» (35) or «DARK» (27) crust of
your bread. The selected crust color indicator will appear on
the display (2).
Note: This function is available for programs 1-10, 14, 16.
Additional functions – Keep warm
– In case you have not switched the unit off after baking pro-
cess, it will automatically pass into keep warm mode (dura-
tion – 1 hour).
– Keep warm function switches on only after the main pro-
gram is finished.
– After keep warm is finished you will hear a sound signal.
– If you wish to cancel keep warm function, press and hold the
button (17) «START/STOP/PAUSE».
Memory
– In case of emergency power cutoff during the operation
process the 15 minutes power-off memory function is ac-
tivated.
– If the power supply is restored within 15 minutes the bread
maker will continue to perform the pre-set program from the
moment it had been stopped at.
– If there is no power for more than 15 minutes reload the in-
gredients and reprogram the unit.
– If the operation was interrupted during the dough knead-
ing process just press the button (17) «START/STOP/
PAUSE», and the program will be restarted from the very
beginning.
Sound signal
For easy controlling the cooking process, the bread maker is
equipped with a sound duplication function when switching on,
pressing the buttons on the control panel, turning on, interrupt-
ing and ending programs.
Program operation step indication
For visual control of the program progress on the display (2), at
each stage of its execution the corresponding indicator lights
up: Heating (29), Kneading 1 (30), Rest (31), Kneading 2 (32),
Rise 1 (33), Rise 2 (21), Rise 3 (22), Baking (23), Maintain t°C
(24), Done (25).

USING THE UNIT

– Fix the paddle (6) on the pan (5) axle.
