13.1 Cleaning the appliance

For hygiene reasons, clean the extractor hood at regular intervals. The frequency
of cleaning depends on the operating hours and the application of the extractor
hood.
1. Push down the lock of the metal filter cassette.
2. Carefully remove the metal filter cassette.
3. Clean the inside and outside of the housing including
the control panel with a soft, damp cloth and a warm
detergent solution. Use only mild detergents. Do not
use aggressive cleaning agents, brushes or scouring
powder.
4. Dry with a soft cloth.
5. Replace the metal filter cassette.
6. After cleaning, connect the appliance to the mains power supply again.
