cate the second setup step.
6.2.1 Setting "Unlocked"/"Locked", door latch hold time
Wait until the first initialisation move. During the initialisation move, the drive moves
against the stop several times in the direction "Unlock". The door latch should be com-
pletely retracted in this case.
At the end of this process, the drive moves to the self-detected position "Unlocked".
This setting can be changed in 90 degree steps to suit the individual require-
ments of the drive.
• In order to use predominantly as a door opener, move the setting further toward
"Unlocked" to minimize the time for retracting the door lock-latch.
• In order to use predominantly for locking and unlocking, move the setting further
toward "Lock", to keep the travel distance and therefore the battery consumption low.
This makes sense e.g. on doors that have a door latch on the outside as well.
"Unlocked" setting:
Briefly press the button "Unlock" (D), the drive moves 90 degrees with each
press of the button toward "Unlock". This move can be made multiple times.
Briefly press the button "Lock" (F), the drive moves 90 degrees with each press
of the button toward "Lock". This move can be made multiple times.
Briefly press the button "Setup" (C). The display shows "3" for menu point 3
("Locked" setting).
The initialisation move in the direction of "Locked" begins. This procedure is only
performed one time, unlike the unlocking initialisation move.
In this case, fine-tuning is possible in 90 degree steps as well (if when closing,
only "1 x Locking" is desired for instance). This saves battery capacity and ena-
bles faster locking and unlocking.

"Locked" setting:
Briefly press the button "Unlock" (D), the drive moves 90 degrees with each
press of the button toward "Unlock". This move can be made multiple times.
Briefly press the button "Lock" (F), the drive moves 90 degrees with each press
of the button toward "Lock". This move can be made multiple times.
Press the button "Setup" (C), the move to programmed setting "Unlocked" is
started. The display shows "4" for menu point 4 (setting "holding time for door
latch"). The unlocking symbol flashes.
The holding time for the door latch can be set for the "Open door" function now. In this
case, note that the extended holding time also increases battery consumption.
Holding time:
Briefly press the button "Unlock" (D), the holding time is extended (approx. 2.5
seconds).
Briefly press the button "Lock" (F) to set a short holding time.
Briefly press the button "Setup" (C).
Now, all settings are saved, the door lock drive unlocks the lock and moves it to the
neutral position.
The display shows the symbol "Unlocked" and "M".
This completes the basic settings.
