5. First steps

5.1 Start the program "ecolog 100

In the menu bar select "Start"
"Programs"

5.2 Communication parameters

The installation program does not change your interface configuration. So
check the communication parameters of the serial interface you use (COM1
or COM2) in the program "ecolog100
To do so, open "Online"
If the parameters do not match, enter the following information:
Interface:
Baud rate:
Parity:
Stop bits:

5.2 Open the project example

When the program "ecolog100
"CLOCK_FBD.PRO" (clock generator) is automatically opened.
In the directories "ECOP_21EG"
examples via the menu bar "File"
5.3 Load the project example to the controller
Select "Online"
The window which then opens shows the program status of the controller.
When the controller is delivered no project is loaded.
Press "Yes".
The opened project example is loaded to the controller.

5.4 Start the project example

Select "Online"
You are now in the Run mode.
