Set the desired temperature using the tempera-
ture control
:

- Low to medium temperature: for sensitive
sauces or dips (e.g. cheese or chocolate sauces)
and warming thick sauces (e.g. tomato sauce).
- Medium to high temperature: for keeping
liquids warm/hot, e.g. oil or stock.
- Max. temperature: for heating thin liquid
contents, e.g. oil or stock.
Note: When warming cheese or chocolate sauce
or similar thick sauces, avoid heating them on too
high a temperature. Otherwise these sauces can
burn or spray out.
Note: Only turn the temperature control
"MAX" position to heat thin liquid pot contents, such
as stock or oil. Choose a lower temperature to keep
food warm.
Stir the contents of the fondue pot
meantime so that the contents cannot stick to
the bottom of the pot.
Use the temperature control
