1. Connect the ball valve to the water supply (A).
2. Open the water system (B). Set the water pressure
to remove all waste material from the drill hole.
To decrease the temperature of the
motor
•
Operate the product with no load for 2 minutes to
decrease the temperature of the motor.
To change gear
CAUTION:
motor decreases in speed or stops. Do not
use force to change gear.

Make sure that you always use the applicable speed
for the drill bit diameter. Refer to the rating plate on
Technical data on page 23 .

Turn the gear selector to change gear.
To use the E-gear function
The E-gear function is used to control the motor speed
with 2 electronic gears. The electronic gears are used in
combination with the mechanical gears.

Change gear only when the
1. Push the E-gear button to change electronic gear.
2. Refer to the diameter of the drill bit (A) and select
correct combination of the mechanical gear (B) and
the electronic gear (C).

Note:
Make sure to have enough battery capacity
available. For holes with a diameter of 250mm/10" to
Ø400mm/16", you might need multiple fully charged
batteries or possibility to re-charge the batteries.
