2. Make sure the system or system part is not under pressure or voltage (acci-
dent prevention, material protection).
DANGER! Slowly exhaust the system to avoid uncontrolled movements of the
system components.
3. Protect the system against being restarted (accident prevention).
4. Allow the product and adjacent system parts to cool down (accident preven-
tion).
CAUTION! Touching the product or its components during operation can
cause burns. Do not touch the product during operation.
5. Wear protective clothing (accident prevention).
10.4 Procedure

1. Make sure the relevant system part is not under pressure and exhaust the sys-
tem.
2. Remove bowl (6).
3. Screw out the lower baffle (5)
4. Remove the filter cap (4) and filter element (3).
5. Insert the new filter element (3).
6. Reassemble the individual parts.
7. Screw in the lower baffle (5) and tighten by hand so that the filter element (3)
is secure and not able to rotate.
8. Reassemble bowl (6) and verify it is secure.
9. Apply pressure to the system again.

3 Filter element
1. Make sure the relevant system part is not under pressure and exhaust the sys-
tem.
2. Remove bowl (6).
3. Screw out the filter element (3)
4. Insert the new filter element (3).
5. Reassemble the individual parts.
6. Screw in a new filter element (3) and tighten by hand so that the filter ele-
ment (3) is secure and not able to rotate.
7. Reassemble bowl (6) and verify it is secure.
8. Apply pressure to the system again.
11 Disposal
Improper disposal of the product and packaging will lead to pollution of the envi-
ronment. Furthermore, the materials can no longer be recycled.
Dispose of the product and the packaging in accordance with the applicable
u
national regulations.
