RWS FUNCTION
6.1 Dip-Switch regulation
Pressure and flow switch function: Dip Switch 1 OFF
Pressure boosting function: Dip Switch 1 ON
RWS function: Dip Switch 2 ON
For the RWS function, insert the
optional relay for commanding the
3-way valve in the electronic card.
(see paragraph 5.2 - ref.10)
6.2 Single pump operation
Operation of sets of 2 electropumps
ONLY FOR SETS OF 2 PUMPS!!
Before starting, connect the connecting cable
supplied to the RJ socket for serial communication
of the 2 pumps, remembering that the cable has a
Master input (main pump) and a Slave input
(secondary pump) that are well defined, with
respective identification plate.
Attention! When starting for the first time,
depending on the connection of the cable to the
RJ socket, it will be determined which is the
Master and which the Slave pump of the set!
At subsequent starts there will be an automatic
rotation between Master pump and Slave pump!
After having started the pump, or the pumps in the
case of sets, and connected the power cable to the
electric mains, as indicated in Paragraph 4.3:

the red warning light and the green one on the front
control and regulation panel of each pump will light
up simultaneously.

The pump, or the pumps in the case of sets, will
start automatically, keeping the green led lit with a
fixed light in the absence of a flow of water and lit
with a blinking light in the presence of a flow of
water.

Start and Stop Pressure regulation
7.1 Dip-Switch regulation
Pressure and flow switch function: Dip Switch 1 OFF
RWS function: Dip Switch 2 ON
7.2 Dip-Switch regulation:
for choosing pressure values
in pressure and flow switch function
Start pressure from 1.5 to 3 bar: Dip Switch 3 OFF
Start pressure from 3 to 4.5 bar: Dip Switch 3 ON
Single Pump regulation
The Start Pressure can be regulated with the
regulating Trimmer (see paragraph 5.2 - ref.1) on the
front control panel, located on the cover of the Active
System.
Regulation of sets of 2 pumps
The Start Pressure can be regulated with the
regulating Trimmer (see paragraph 5.2 - ref.1) on the
front control panel, located on the cover of the Active
System of each pump.
Attention! The Start pressure of the
SLAVE pump will always be 0.5 bar
higher than the Start pressure set on the
MASTER pump!
This happens even if the regulating
trimmer set in the Slave pump is at a
lower level than the one set in the
Master pump!
The pump, or the pumps in the case of sets, will stop
when the pressure in the system exceeds the set Start
pressure and when the pump flow is lower than the
value of 2-3 litres/min. (the green led will be lit with a
fixed light).
