5.7.1 Mounting holes

For boring the mounting holes the relevant dimensions are to be transferred to the
mounting surface, the indicated tolerances are to be considered. Reference for this
are in each case the machine guideways for the X-Axis or Z-Axis.
For the mounting of the measuring system 4x M8x16 screws are required.
The mounting surface must be dirt free and may not be painted. So that the measuring
system rests on plane, the threaded holes must be countersunk.
With the determination of the position in Z-direction the max. measuring length
according to the dimensional drawing must be considered.
