Possible cause
Filter full.
Dosing unit for splitting powder is
empty.
Dosing unit for liquid splitting agen
tis empty or dosing unit for sterilisa-
tion agent is empty (only for recy-
cling operations).
The short filling level probe in the re-
action tank gets triggered even if the
long probe in the reaction container
does not get triggered.
Contact problem in the reaction tank
(long filling level probe gets trig-
gered although the stirrer shows
"empty").
Contact problem in processed water
storage tank. Filling level probe gets
triggered although the long probe
shows "empty".
Contact problem of filling level
probes in the swimmer box of the
HDS - ASA/HDR attachment set
(possible only while recycling using
HDS - ASA/HDR attachment set).
Excess running of the pumps under
the reaction tank.
Floater switch in the dirt collector
(option) is triggered.
Stirrer shaft has got detached from
the motor shaft.

Filling level probe in the processed
water tank is dirty or defective.
Solenoid valve for fresh water sup-
ply is dirty or defective.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Clean or replace filter (see "Maintenance plan"). Operator
Switch off the plant. Fill up splitting powder up to
max. 2/3 of the dosing unit; restart the plant.
Switch off the plant. Top up liquid splitting agent or
sterilisation agent.
Switch off the plant. Empty the reaction tank,
clean the probes and then restart the plant. Inform
Customer Service if the short filling level probe
gets triggered again.
Switch off the plant. Clean the probes and then re-
start the plant. Inform Customer Service if the
problem persists.
Switch off the plant. Clean the probes and then re-
start the plant. Inform Customer Service if the
problem persists.
Switch off the plant. Clean the probes and then re-

Inform Customer Service.
Check plant and high-pressure cleaner and inform

Fill dirt collector or hang the dirt water pump a little
lower.
In recycling, wait till the processed water is con-
sumed by the high-pressure cleaner; otherwise
clean or replace the supply pump for high-pres-
sure cleaner.
Check contact or replace the control PCB.
Connect the pump. Connect the floater switch S2
or bridge the contact on the PCB. Clean or re-
place the pump.
Clean or replace the filling level probe.
Refill container.
Increase dose.
Check sterilisation agent and replace with a new
one, if required.
Reduce dose.
Clean or replace the filling level probe.
Clean or replace the solenoid valve.
