After each operation
! Set the detergent dosage on the injec-
tor to "0".
! Rinse the foam nozzle with clear water
for 2 minutes.
Note
If the foam nozzle is not rinsed after each
use, this can lead to gumming and in-
creased wear and tear.
Fault
No foam is generated although detergent is
being suctioned.
Cause: The stainless steel mesh in the
foam nozzle is gummed or calcified.
Remedy
1 Foam nozzle
2 Steel mesh
3 Venturi nozzle
4 Nozzle-holder
! Unscrew foam nozzle (SW32) from the
nozzle-holder (SW27).
! Remove Venturi nozzle.
! Pull out the steel mesh.
! Clean the steel mesh by boiling it in wa-
ter for approx. 10 minutes or leaving it in
a ultra-sound bath overnight.
