CUSTOMER SERVICE
PROBLEM
Pressing the boom lifting function
on the handset causes the red ring
to rotate
The actuator does not respond to
handset commands
The actuator works but very slowly
The actuator makes an abnormal
noise
Batteries will not charge (charger
light does not blink)
The maintenance light is on
(*) : AFTER PRESSING ONE OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE HANDSET FOR MORE THAN 2 SECONDS

INDICATOR / SIGN
Electric boom lifting impossible
No control panel light is on (*) and
the handset light remains off
The handset light turns yellow
when one of the keys is pressed
The handset indicator light is red
The red light of the battery charge
status display on the control panel
is on (*)
Repeated beeps may be heard
when the patient lift boom is lifting
The charger light is off
The charger light is permanently
on
The red light under the small key
on the control panel is on
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The actuator rod is disengaged
(manual emergency lowering
activated)
The handset plug is not properly
plugged into the control box
The handset cable is cut
The emergency stop push button
is down
The battery pack is completely
discharged
The battery pack or the control
box is out of order
The actuator plug is not properly
plugged in the control box
The actuator cable is cut
Relay fault in the power supply
The battery pack is discharged
The battery pack no longer holds
a charge
The actuator is damaged
The charger is not powered
The charger is out of order
The charger charging plug is not
properly connected
The battery pack or the control
box is out of order
The patient lift requires
preventative maintenance

SOLUTION
Push the red ring upwards
Insert the plug correctly
Replace the handset
Turn the button slightly clockwise
until it unlocks
Charge the battery pack
