Close the shut-off valves before and after the
Domestic Water station and relieve the pressure
on both sides.

Loosen locking screw (9) and turn knob (10) coun-
terclockwise until it stops.
Unscrew the bonnet (7) with a ring spanner. Pull out
the pressure reducer insert (11) and sliding ring (12).

Coat the O-rings of the new valve insert with silicone
grease and insert the valve insert into the body,
making sure that the O-rings are seated correctly.
Insert mechanical seal, screw in bonnet and locking
screw. Set the pressure reducing valve as described
under Commissioning.
Open the shut-off valves before and after the sys-
tem and vent the pipe via the nearest tap after the
system and drain off the first running water.
Check all connections for leaks (visual inspection).
