Belt connector
The belt connector prevents the shoulder belts of the 5-point positioning belt from be-
ing pushed too far to the side. Thus, the shoulder straps remain in the optimal position
over the user's shoulders.
The belt connectors are attached underneath the shoulder belt pads.
Tip: First mount the belt connector completely on one side before loosening
the second side.
Detach one shoulder belt from the back plate and pull the shoulder belt pad from the
belt (Fig. 51) Now thread the belt connector onto the detached shoulder belt (Fig. 52)
Now push the shoulder belt pad back onto the detached belt. Then thread the belt
end of the 5-point positioning belt back into the back plate. Please make sure that the
belt is not twisted and threaded onto the back plate according to the illustration (Fig.
53).

Abduction block

The abduction block supports the positioning of the legs and prevents the legs from
crossing.
The holder for the abduction block is positioned on the top of the seat depth plate
and screwed from below. (Fig. 54)
The abduction block is guided into the holder with the square tube and locked with
the tommy screw. (Fig. 55)
If height adjustment is required, the set screw can be loosened with an Allen key. (Fig.
56) Now the square tube can be extended downwards. The threaded pin is tightened
again. This gives you a larger height adjustment range.
Footrest, foldable
The footrest provides support for the user's feet. To get in and out, the footrest is
folded up. A magnet secures this position of the footrest. (Fig. 57)
The footrest is pushed from the front into the receptacle under the seat plate. (Fig. 58)
Adjust the depth of the footrest to the seat in the vehicle. Screw the footrest to the
sides under the seat plate with the enclosed 2 Cap screws (1 per side). (Fig. 59)
The red eccentric levers on both sides can be used to set the desired angle. Make sure
that the eccentric levers point downwards after the adjustment. (Fig. 60)
Select the height of the lower cross-connection so that it supports the Hercules Small
securely in the footwell of the vehicle. The height can be adjusted using the side
screws. (Fig. 61) Make sure that the two Allen screws are present on the footrest.
