Headrest extension (sides)
This lateral extension of the headrest protects users who are sensitive to sensory over-
load when driving.
The extension is also suitable for users who need greater support on the sides. The
extension can be adjusted individually per side
For assembly, first pull the cushion off the headrest (Fig. 41)
Mount the extension in the slots and tighten the screws again. (Fig. 42)
Now mount the cushion on the headrest again. For the correct fit, stick the Velcro
strip supplied onto the headrest and attach the cushion to it.
Pull the original Velcro strip off the headrest to avoid damaging your vehicle.
Back extension (head area)
The back extension in the head area provides an enlarged area against which the
user's head can rest.
First pull the back cushion off the top of the back plate.
Use the two holes in the back plate to screw the back extension to the back plate.
(Fig. 43) The slots in the backrest extension offer the possibility to adjust the height
individually to the user. Tighten the nuts firmly.
To fit the back cushion, it is necessary to adjust the available length of the back cush-
ion. To do this, loosen the lower end of the backrest cushion under the seat cushion.
Now the backrest upholstery is pulled back over the extension of the backrest plate.
Now the lower end of the backrest upholstery is fastened again under the seat uphol-
stery on the Velcro strap.
