Disassembling the actuator

Separate actuator from control medium.

Remove loose compressor 3 and

Clamp actuator in a press.
Applied pressure too high!
Risk of breakage of actuator

Only use minimum required
pressure.

Undo and remove bolts 12 with

Slowly release the press.

Disassemble actuator as described in
chapter 5.1, points 1-10.

Pull out actuator membrane assembly
manually upwards from actuator base
16. The actuator membrane assembly
comprises actuator spindle 15 including
dowel pin 30 and adapter 31, hexagon
nut 21, washer 9, upper and lower
membrane plate 6, actuator membrane
