This service code will read local data from the selected Pluto unit.
Instance value 1-32 is equal to Pluto station address 0-31.

For more information regarding Pluto address range see chapter 5.4.3.4. Local data from Pluto can
be of 3 different types. The local address data shall be coded with type information in bits 14 and
15 of the address value according to table below.
