Before use

Removing/inserting batteries

NOTE
♦ Before using the appliance for the first time, remove the plastic
film on the battery pole.
Open the cap 1 by turning it anticlockwise.
♦
♦ Remove the plastic film.
Close the cap 1 by turning it clockwise.
♦
♦ Ensure that the batteries are inserted with the correct
polarity. This is indicated on the cap 1.

Inserting bits

Insertion
Insert an appropriate bit 7 into the tool holder 6.

Pull the bit 7 out of the tool holder 6.

Using the appliance

Switching on/off
Switching on
♦ To start the appliance, press and hold either the rotation
direction switch: right ▲ 4 or the rotation
direction switch: left ▼ 3.
The LED work light 5 lights up. This provides illumination

of the work area in poor lighting conditions.
