2. Intended use

This radiator thermostat with actuator is designed to control the temperature in indi-
vidual rooms where the heat emitted from the radiator is controlled by regulating the
flow of heating water.
The radiator thermostat with actuator is screwed onto the radiator valve. You can
individually define a schedule with temperatures as desired to effectively and cost-
savingly heat the room according to your needs.
The radiator thermostat measures the room temperature and compares it with the
set-value temperature (predefined or set manually). After temperature measure-
ment, the actuator adjusts the valve automatically. Thanks to the well-arranged dis-
play, you can always configure the radiator thermostat with actuator comfortably
and easily or read the current status.
The power supply of 3V is provided by 2 AA batteries. This means operation is pos-
sible without a wall power supply plug.
Any other use (e.g. with cooling systems, floor heating, etc.) is not permitted and
may lead to severe damage.
Any use other than the intended use described above is not permitted and may
harm the product and result in short circuits, fire, etc. No part of the product may be
modified or rebuilt. The safety information in these operating instructions has to be
observed at all times. Please read the operating instructions carefully and keep
them for future reference.
