During the execution of the valve protection function, "Prot" is
displayed. At the same time, the opening level of the radiator
valve is shown by the flashing bargraph (see right).

12. Antifreeze function

When the antifreeze function is active, the actuator is set to maintain a minimum
temperature of 5.0°C. This reduces the risk of frozen heating pipes.
When the antifreeze function is active, the "antifreeze function active" symbol (4) is
displayed.

13. Window function

If a window is opened and the room temperature drops quickly, the actuator causes
the radiator valve to be closed. This helps save energy.
Press the "AUTO" button the deactivate the window function.
When the window function is active, the "window function" symbol (3) is dis-
played. At the same time, the bargraph shows that the radiator valve is closed com-
pletely.

14. Opening or closing the radiator valve

To completely open or close the radiator valve, hold down the "UP" button or the
"DOWN" button in MANUAL or AUTOMATIC mode until "On" or
"Off" is displayed.
