Malfunction

10 Troubleshooting
Note
This product displays error messages and/or instructions optically on its dis-
play.
The motor is shut off in any case of malfunction.
▶ If the error message does not disappear or the error is reported again, con-
tact Service.
▶ Restart the unit with all the other error messages.
Cause
No voltage supply.
No voltage supply on
the control panel.
No connection to the
control panel.
Foot control is not
plugged in or is defect-
ive.
Motor and/or handpiece
are sluggish.
LUX light is deactivated
in the device settings.
LED defective.
Motor cord is defective. ▶ Have the motor cord be replaced.
Device is defective.
Foot control is being
actuated during start-
up.
No motor attached.
Motor blocked.
Remedy
▶ Check/restore correct voltage supply and cor-
rect connection.
ð
The standby LED on the power supply is on.

▶ If the standby LED on the power supply is not
on, have the power supply be replaced.
▶ If error persists, notify the service engineer.
▶ Have the correct connection be checked/re-
stored.
▶ Have the connection cord to the control panel
be replaced.
▶ Have the control panel be replaced.
▶ If error persists, notify the service engineer.
▶ Unplug the foot control and then plug it in
again.
▶ If error persists, notify the service engineer.
▶ Have the handpiece be replaced or repaired.
▶ If error persists, notify the service engineer.
▶ Check if a LUX brightness > 0 is selected in the
device settings.

▶ Replace the LED.
