Unless otherwise stated, the following torque table can be used:

Lubrication during assembly:
Joints with flat gaskets (except spiral wound gaskets):
- Joints with gaskets must always be cross-tightened.
- Lightly oil the mating metallic surfaces at the joint with compressor oil.
- Do not lubricate the gasket itself; oil on the mating surfaces is sufficient.
Joints with O-rings:
- Lightly oil the O-ring before inserting into groove with compressor oil.
- Alternatively apply Extreme TT-42 NLGI 2 (or compatible) grease to the groove before inserting the O-ring.
Fastners (threads):
- For black steel bolts lightly oil with compressor oil.
- For stainless steel threads apply suitable grease with EP additives.
NOTE: For spiral wound gaskets do not apply any oil or grease neither to the mating surfaces nor the gasket itself!
NB: Mark all bolts when tightened with torque with a white pen.
