Grab the solar cell and screw the threaded hole onto the camera mount thread.
Turn the knurled nut on the solar cell mount thread against the threaded hole of
the solar cell to lock it.
Open the ball joint fastener by turning it and align the ball joint as desired.
Orient the solar cell such that the sun's rays hit the surface of the solar cell
perpendicularly (at 90°). Position the solar cell at the desired angle.

12.3 Connecting the solar cell to the camera

Remove the rubber plug in the centre of the rubber cover.
Feed the USB Type-C
cover and connect the plug to the USB Type-C

13 Getting started

To turn the camera on, use the pin to slide the on/off button (K) to the left.
Wait until the status LED (A) starts to flash red.
Make sure the camera is already charged as described in chapter 11 "Prepar-
ing the camera". Ensure an SD memory card is inserted.
Replace the rubber cover in the camera connection and control panel and press
it in.
You can now proceed with the configuration in the app.
