4 Montage GFK-Rahmen / GRP frame installation

522 auf den GFK-Rahmen sowie die Karosserie auftragen (vergleiche Bilder, nur einseitiger
Klebstoffauftrag!)

GFK-Rahmen auf das Fahrzeug heben und Dach mittels Klötzen leicht aufstellen
◼
GFK-Rahmen an den 6 Punkten auf Abb. 4-1 verschrauben (Linsenkopfschraube M6x40)
◼
GFK-Rahmen mit Bohrschrauben nach Abb. 4-1 fixieren

Scherenposition justieren (dafür die 2 montierten Sechskantschrauben pro Schere lösen) und anschließend die
Scheren am Einbaurahmen (1x Sechskantschraube M6x20 in der Scherenmitte) sowie am GFK-Rahmen
festschrauben

Spoiler auflegen und Symmetrie prüfen. Anschließend Sicherungsschrauben anbringen (2x Bohrschraube
4,8x38)
◼
GFK-Rahmen umlaufend mit Sikaflex
◼
Oberflächen reinigen
◼
Klebeband mit mindestens 3 mm Abstand zur Vorbereitung anbringen (es kann jedoch auch ohne
Klebeband eine saubere Dichtnaht aufgetragen werden)

Wichtig ist, dass die Dichtnaht min. 3 mm höher ist als der Spalt
◼
Anschließend die Naht mit einem Fugenglätter in Kombination mit Sika
fenlauge glattziehen

Modellvariante Sicherheitsverschluss: Sicherungsgurt durch die vorgesehene Aussparung im GFK-Rahmen
führen und den Gurt am Einbaurahmen mit den 2 beigelegten Schrauben fixieren

Clean the gluing area (for example with Sika

Pre-sand the gluing area with sanding fleece or similar

Clean again thoroughly and activate with Sika Activator-205
◼

Bring up the GRP-frame carefully and raise the roof slightly with the distance bars

Screw GRP-frame and vehicle together at the 6 screwing points (see Abb. 4-1 Pan head screw M6x40)

Fix the GRP-frame with drilling screws (see Abb. 4-1)

Adjust the hinge position (loosen 2 hex bolts per hinge before) and screw the hinges on the metal frame (hex
bolt M6x20 for the center of the hinge) and the GRP-frame
◼
Temporarily place the spoiler on the roof. Install the security screws after checking the symmetrical alignment
of spoiler and roof (2x drilling screw 4,8x38)

Seal the GRP-frame with Sikaflex
◼
Clean the surface
◼
Place adhesive tape with a distance of min. 3 mm to the gap (it is possible to produce a clean seam without
tape)
◼

Apply Sikaflex

It is important that the sealing seam is min. 3 mm higher than the gap
◼
Smooth the seams with a joint smoother and Sika Tooling Agent N or soapy water
◼
Door lock version: Run safety strap through the recess in the GRP-frame and mount it on the metal frame with
the two belonging screws from the package
