Fault output

The fault outputs (OE1-75 and OP0 in coding positions 3-5) are
only activated following a delay 10 of minutes after the fault has
occurred. If no faults are present, the fault output is deleted
immediately. Faults, which disappear within the delay time of
10 minutes, are not displayed on the fault output.
