Error/Fault
You can smell gas.
Burner does not ignite.
Large flames and burning at
the protection plates.
Temperature too low.
Please contact service department directly if you cannot
eliminate the error by yourself. Please remember that
repairs carried out by non-professionals will invalidate
your warranty claim and may cause additional costs.

Disposal

Disposal of the appliance
This appliance must not be disposed of with regular
household waste! Dispose of the appliance in the
appropriate manner. For more information, consult your
community waste disposal service.
A crossed-out wheelie bin icon means: Batteries
and rechargeable batteries, electrical or elec-
tronic devices must not be disposed of with
household waste. They may contain substances
that are harmful to the environment and human health.
Consumers must dispose of waste electrical devices,
spent portable batteries and rechargeable batteries
separately from household waste at an official collection
point to ensure that these items are processed correctly.
The product can be returned free of charge in accord-
ance with the legal requirements, for example through a
municipal waste disposal company or a dealer.

Cause
Is the gas connection leaking?

Remedy
► Checking the seals – p. 34; Close
the gas tank valve; Immediately re-
place defective parts.
Set the regulator to OFF.
Replace the gas tank.
Open tank valve.
Clean the burners.
Replace the battery.
Clean plates.
Use an aluminium foil tray to catch
drips.
Pre-heat for 5–10 min.
Clean the burners.
Batteries, rechargeable batteries and lamps that
are not permanently installed in waste electrical
equipment and can be removed in a non-destruc-
tive way must be removed and disposed of separately
before disposal of the equipment. Lithium batteries and
rechargeable battery packs of all systems are only to be
handed in to the waste collection points in a discharged
state. The batteries must always be protected against
short circuits by taping off the poles.
All end users are responsible for deleting any personal
data stored on waste devices prior to their disposal.
Disposing of gas bottles
Bottles which are no longer needed do not belong in
household waste; instead, they must be disposed of
according to local regulations.
– Bring empty gas bottles to the dealer's collection
point or a collection point in your community.
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging consists of cardboard and cor-
respondingly marked plastics that can be recy-
cled.
– Make these materials available for recy-
cling.
