– Before using, brush the grilling rack with a little cook-
ing oil.
– Pre-heat the grill for a minimum of 5-10 minutes with
the lid closed. The temperature achieved can be
read off on the built in thermometer.
– Always ensure that you grill with the lid closed.
Opening the lid extends the grilling time.
Direct grilling
The items to be grill are placed directly over the burners
and grill at high temperatures.
Indirect grilling
For indirect grilling, the items are not placed directly
above the burners, but on the grilling rack to the side of
the burners and cooked gently at lower temperatures.
The grilled food doesn't burn, remain juicier and, in
short, is more healthy.
After grilling
– Turn the grill to the large flame setting for around 5
minutes to burn off any excess fat.
– Switch off all burners and close the tank valve.
– Allow the grill to cool down fully before closing the lid
again.

Suitable gas tanks

There are many different sizes of tank.
The figure shows the maximum tank size.
• Capacity of gas tank: Maximum 11 kg
• Height of gas tank: Maximum 600 mm
• Diameter of gas tank: Maximum 300 mm
Location of gas tank
Place the gas cylinder on a flat and level floor near the
BBQ.
Ensure that the gas hose is not bent.
The gas hose may be a maximum of 1500 mm in length.

The hose and the pressure regulator

• Must be suitable for liquid petroleum gas
• Must be able to withstand the pressure listed above
• The hose may not be longer than 1500 mm.
• The scope of delivery of the gas BBQ grill contains
a single adapter designed to make a direction con-
nection between the hose/pressure regulator and
the gas grill.
• Before connecting the hose, check the connecting
element and the rubber rings. The hose must be
replaced if there are signs of fissures, cracks or
wear.
• During use, do not squeeze, bend or twist the hose.

• Caution: Use only a suitable regulator certified to
EN16129

Gas hose description

• DE/AT - PVC hose in accordance with EN 16436-1
2014, DIN 4815-2. 6.5 x 3.5 mm, 1/4" LH brass
threaded bushing. Length 0.8 m.
• CH - PVC hose in accordance with DIN 4815-1. 6.3
mm, 1/4" LH brass threaded bushing. Length 0.80
m.
• LU - PVC hose in accordance with EN 16436-1
2014. 8 mm PVC hose, L = 0.8 m and 2 hose clips.
• SE/HU/CZ/SK/NL/SI/IS - hose type IS03821:2010.
8 mm ID rubber hose, L = 0.80 m, + 2 hose clips
• DK/ES/BG - hose type IS03821:2010. 11500 mm ID
rubber hose, L = 0.80 m, + 2 hose clips
• GR - PVC hose in accordance with EN 16436-1
2014. 8 mm PVC hose, L = 1 m and 2 hose clips.

Storage, transportation

Storing outside
– When not in use, cover the grill with a weather-proof
cover. Allow the grill to cool down completely before
covering.
Storing in closed rooms
– Remove the gas tank and store outside.
Transport
– When dispatching, try to use the original packaging,
if possible.
– When transporting gas tanks, the national regula-
tions are to be observed.
