In many cases, small defects can lead to a malfunc-
tion. You will usually be able to deal with these your-
self. Please consult the following table before con-
tacting the service department. This may save you a
lot of effort and quite often money.
Cause
Is the gas connection leaking?
Regulator opened?
Gas tank empty?
Tank valve closed?
Burners contaminated?
Ignition battery empty?
Are the plates heavily soiled?

correctly. Information on returning these items is
available from the seller. Sellers are required to
accept these items free of charge.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries, which
are not permanently installed in waste elec-
trical devices, must be removed prior to dis-
posal and must be disposed of separately.
Lithium batteries and battery packs in all systems
must only be retuned to a collection point when dis-
charged. Batteries must always be protected against
short circuits by covering the poles with adhesive
tape.
All end users are responsible for deleting any per-
sonal data stored on waste devices prior to their dis-
posal.
Disposing of gas bottles
Bottles which are no longer needed do not belong in
household waste; instead, they must be disposed of
according to local regulations.
– Remove the gas tank and store outside.
– When dispatching, try to use the original packag-
ing, if possible.
– When transporting gas tanks, the national regu-
lations are to be observed.

injury! Unprofessional repairs may mean
that your device will no longer operate
